More and more I still think of East Europe as the cultural goldmine, constant inspiration. However this painting is not yet done, this is a combination of the Romani flag, (with a red wheel green grass and blue skies) and Sisyphus man in Greek mythology who was forced to push a big stone up the steep hill, for an eternity. Always starting anew. That is the way I feel about the constant struggle that nomads of Europe, and culturally rich peoples of Romani are facing everyday for sheer survival.
Although natural outcasts, pushing forward and entertaining the general populous.
I'm trying to show my genuine compassion for those who are in need and in constant poverty, because those are the genuinely innovative souls. When ever you are forced to invent your own life without education and already established systems of our society you suddenly brake barriers.
Anyway, I hope you like it...
